Structural work includes construction of 3 units of 2 storey duplexes, 6 units of 4 storey block of luxurious flats (two bedrooms and three bedrooms apartments) and reconstruction and extension of 2 existing 3 storey block of flats (two bedrooms) into two and three bedrooms apartments with servants’ accommodation.
Also constructed were gate/security house, recreation area with swimming pool and playground. Other facilities provided include parking space, walkways, drainage, sewage and water treatment.
Foundation – isolated reinforced concrete pads with in-situ concrete frame, wooden trusses to support the roof.
