Structural work includes construction of mall and hotel. Due to sloping site condition both structures are designed with basement. The mall consists of storages, shops and restaurant on ground floor, cinema, events center and children play center on first floor.
The hotel is six story structure with standard rooms, executive rooms and meeting room on each floor. Lounge, restaurant, kitchen with dry and cold store and standard rooms are at ground floor.
Civil works include sewage and water treatment, drainage, underground water tank, sidewalks. External parking spaces are provided.
The structure is founded on reinforced concrete column pads, retaining walls are provided. The frame is steel structure.
